I’ve received 3 intellectual property right complaints

Hi I have received 3 intellectual property rights complaints, not even sure how I ended up on those listings, although I do sell them as they are from the same supplier.
It is effecting my metrics, my question is, should I appeal or no? If so how?
Kind regards x

You would need to post the full Policy Warning notices which you received from Amazon, which normally include all ways how you can dispute the specific complaint.

However, it is very unlikely that you will manage to have the listings reactivated without any valid invoices.

In most cases, you will be asked to provide this by e-mailing notice-dispute@amazon.co.uk:

”– Proof of product authenticity (e.g., invoice, Order ID, licensing agreement, letter of authorization). It must clearly prove that your products do not infringe any intellectual property rights.“

If you are unable to appeal the complaints at all, delete every ASIN mentioned in the notice from your inventory and wait for the defects to automatically disappear after 180 days.

But keep in mind that any unresolved complaints can trigger a suspension, anytime.
