Yes I suddenly have 9 too that were excellent yesterday and haven’t shipped in a few weeks - including deleted listings that were fine yesterday
Some say last updated December/January

Same here, it appears they have expanded the triggers, as I think previously it would only show products with a reasonable number of orders. Now its showing any order with an NCX, even if just one order was placed.

Mine changed a few days ago and products which were deleted several years ago were completely removed
at the top of the screen it shows-

My under 3% are good
3% - 4% are poor
5% and over very poor
I recall it used to mention something about 30 day metrics however, I can’t see that anymore which is perhaps what’s changed ?!

I have one ‘Very poor’
Customer opened a return on a fridge magnet of Preston, Lancs.
’ Incompatible or not useful for intended purpose’
They were thankfully charged by Amazon for return postage (£3.35). They paid £3.67 + 99p postage so were never going to see much of a refund.
What they returned though is a different fridge magnet of Preston, a smaller size and different pics (obviously from another seller and made an error on which seller to return to)
I opened a safe-t claim for £1.11 or so difference which Amazon promptly authorised, but low and behold because of this incorrect return I have a ‘VERY POOR’ against it in this floored system!

I’ve had one pop up in there today, Seller sent wrong Item… No FBA sent wrong item, yet I’m at fault… !

The main problem is that Amazon relies too much on percentages and makes no allowance at all for customer mistakes, the odd very awkward customer and problems in the Amazon catalog listing itself.
I sell clothing and items are often returned as being too small or too big - despite measurements often being in the listing. On a few listings I admit there are no measurements - and despite me trying to change the description to add them, the changes never take effect. So I am caught between returns where customer could not be bothered to check size and returns where I am unable to add the size.
Then other listings show incorrect picture (black bag when it should be a white bag, or picture of a different item altogether) - and again tryng to get changes made to correct is next to impossible. Just get the standard ‘you are not the brand owner - we have messaged the brand owner to request the changes’ when I know the brand owner is never messaged and even sometimes even the brand owner themselves cannot make the changes.!!
But Amazon always make the buck stop at the seller - its never ever the customer or Amazon catalog at fault
Amazon should take note of the way ebay do it - the first few negative customer experiences are in effect ignored - this allows for the odd awkward customer etc…

Same here, I had one very poor product (a mug that I sold on FBA over 30 times and 2 arrived chipped), now I have 11. A part from 2 they are all FBA. One was returned as the customer said it was broken, it wasn’t, it is a kind of marble that has veneers. If the customer didn’t like it is another matter. Another one the customer said it was too small, but if she had checked the size before buying it…it was a vase not a garment that shrinks in the wash. Another one is a large box of incense sticks that the customer returned after using it because they didn’t like it and so on.

Yes we have 17 now, they are all for mainly returns when or when the customer orderes the wrong thing.
A couple are for damaged in transit (nothing to do with the seller or product)
Whet we sell maostly is for specific types of printers but for some reason customer simply dont read the heading, bullet points or description so it is not compatible with their printer, nothing to do with the product but still gets flagged as ‘very poor’
Frustrating and no help for the seller even though we selll millions of sheets of thjnis type of paper without any issues, but hey ho what can we do about it.
