I’m experiencing a sudden and dramatic drop in sales today, with my featured offers not displaying despite maintaining a 1000 account health score and a low ODR. My average daily sales are consistently above £10,000, but today it’s dropped to around £2,000, and I fear it will decline further based on a similar issue last year.

Has anyone else faced this issue recently? Specifically:

1. Featured offers not displaying for your ASINs.

2. A sudden and unexplained drop in sales.

Last year, this was resolved as a technical error after 7-10 days, but I’m hoping to avoid a prolonged resolution this time. Any insights or advice would be greatly appreciated!

Over the past few weeks I’ve noticed that I’m seeing a drastic drop in sales over the weekend. It’s been happening for the past 3-4 weekends now, my sales in the week are decent but then over the weekend my sales are pitifully low. Was wondering if anyone else has noticed this? I normally sell quite consistently throughout the week and weekend so was wondering why the sudden dip on these days? It’s really worrying as it’s already become a struggle selling here without even more problems.
