What do I tell a customer to search for?

I'm trying to figure out what to tell a potential customer to search for on the Amazon.com website to find my product, brand or store. So far, even though the product shows as active, none of the searches I've tried bring up the product, even when I put the product name, brand name and store name in the same search. I am not trying to buy my own products, I just want to know what to tell someone who is searching without my seller generated direct link that will direct them to my products.

"What do I tell a customer to search for?"

Provide them with the ASIN.

Make 100% certain that the people searching do NOT leave any feedback if they are close friends and family since that is seen by Amazon as Brand Manipulation.
