To update the primary contact person information in Seller Central, please follow the below steps:

  1. Go to the “Identity information” section of Seller Central.
    https://sellercentral-europe.amazon.com/sw/SSR/BusinessKYCInfo/spaDashboard
  2. Expand the field labelled Primary contact.
  3. Follow the prompts to amend the information.
  4. Click “Submit for verification”.

hi everyone
i cant find away of Expand the field labelled Primary contact , i can see the box with my contact details in, but it wont let me expand the box to make the changes they are asking for . any help please.

the expand button in blue is in the box for my buisness name and address, but there is no blue expand button in the box below for my name ! and so i cant change this, very strange
