Seller Central Glitch

Hello, i have been facing error while updating my info in identity information section. When i try to save an error pops up, “SOMETHING WENT WRONG, PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER”.
I have been contacting seller support for weeks and none of them are able to help me with this problem.
