Account deactivated and storage fees charged.

I need to close my seller account. I'm unable to locate a customer representative. Can a customer representative please return my call. I don't understand how such a well established company has no contact info for seller central. That's bad. In addition my account is closed due to a system failure, stating my card on file is no good, yet still my card is still charged every month. I tried closing my account online but was unsuccessful. Can you please help?

It needs to be a credit card, not debit, not pre-paid.

You cannot close an account that is deactivated

you can downgrade your account to individual.

Hello @Seller_T654soRH0cCd6,

Thanks for posting to the Forums.

I see you were able to downgrade your selling plan back to the Individual plan, so that part should be good to go.

You can close your Seller account using the information in Close your seller account help page.

If you decide you no longer want to sell on Amazon, the detail pages for your listing will remain, however, you can fully remove your contributions to the page by using the instructions in the Delete SKUs Using Inventory Loader help page. Delete both your offers and item data contributions. Enter an "x" in the add-delete field in your Inventory Loader file. This will completely remove all data associated with your SKU.

If you have Brand Registry, you can always keep your Brand Registry account open, even after closing your Seller Account and you can report any sellers on your pages that are not selling your products through Brand Registry.

I hope this helps.

Regards,

- Manny
