Hi
I sent a shipment last month consisting of 2 boxes, one box became available for sale quickly but the second one , as I found out recently, has been lost. They didn't let me know till the shipment was closed and investigation "completed"
Upon contacting the seller support I found out that they have no record of receiving the box, which is obviously false as I was able to get proof on Amazon seller central that it was delivered on 21 of August.
Now they are not replying to me. Has anyone ever come accross this? I'm losing £580 if they don't refund me and can only dream of the £180 profit I was going to make....
Thanks to every reply.

Missing inbound is completely normal, and as your volume increases, theyre going to lose bits here and there, sometime huge unmissable items and occasionally entire shipments..... If you forget to add an item to a shipping plan but ship it in the box, Amazon or their staff will 100% steal that item, even if you advise them beforehand that there is an unexpected item in there.
Have all your invoices readily saved in folders ready for the umpteen cases you're going to have to argue, and I'd advise taking photos of all your shipment prep. I do this as I dont trust Amazon at all and as soon as I move warehouse, Im getting CCTV...

Could you please share the case ID so I can check how I can assist?
