Featured offer is different on mobile app than on Desktop
This week we noticed a sharp downtick in sales on our most popular product line. Seller central was saying we are the cheapest and the featured offer on every listing from this product line. When I go into my personal Amazon account as a buyer, we are the featured offer. Same thing when I go into my company's business account as a buyer.
HOWEVER, when you look these listings up on the mobile app, we are NOT the featured listing on half of these products.
Why is Amazon giving the buy box to one seller on desktop and to another seller on mobile? When seller central is saying we are the featured offer, it makes it difficult to understand our sales patterns if we are actually NOT winning the buy box on mobile. Why is this happening? Is anyone else having this issue?

The featured offer also changes based on your location and proximity to the closest warehouse that has the product. Perhaps your desktop and mobile are picking up different locations for you.
I know if i change the delivery address, sometimes the featured offer becomes a different seller.

I just started selling and I'm not seeing the Featured Offer in any of my FBM products. Is this Amazon's way of forcing me to use FBA or is it because my account is still new?

HI dont look at desktop moving forward only look at phone for some reason amazon does this showing you you are winning buy box then when i go on my phone amazon is beating me amazon tricks you to thinking you have it so the most accurate way of finding out it looking through your phone
