2 months delays to FBA check-in

We had a shipment ready for pickup on March 28th. It was picked-up by an Amazon carrier on April 7th. Since then we haven't received any more updates and we contacted support:

"We further investigated the shipment from our end and would like to confirm you that all units shipped in the shipment will be completely received and added to your inventory within the below mentioned time frame 2025-05-16 and 2025-06-01 unless any issue identified in the shipment."

So for a shipment delivered on April 7th you are supposed to wait until 2025-05-16 the earliest, that is at least 5 weeks before products are made available on our product pages. Nothing has improved since last year, quite the opposite. Everybody is losing here, customers, sellers and Amazon.

FBA is a slow process.

Back when FBA was a well run system, things would get scanned in within 1-3 days. I don't see it as a viable option anymore.

We have this same exact issue. With the same exact dates.

Did you ship to MDW2 & IAH3?

I agree, I was given a 2 month eta. It's making it very hard to justify these fees if i'm paying on fees and not selling. What makes it worse is paying the fba price without fba eligibile units.

Yes, since Amazon charged inbound configuration fees for this service, FBA inbound shelves have become very, very slow!

The operations center where the shipment is sent receives the product and then it starts to get caught up in the process of transit, transit to other warehouses. This efficiency is very slow, affecting sales

However, there is no way to fix it now!

2 months delay by FBA to process sounds about right.

The FTC should be informed how Amazon ties up capital and hurts small businesses.
