Variation listing partial update issues

Good evening,
Here’s hoping someone can offer some guidance since seller support have not been able to help. We have existing listings on Amazon with upto 445 variations per listing. These have been selling well over the last couple of years. Due to the number of variations, the only way to update the available quantities for sale is a ‘fresh’ batch upload of the original inventory file. We also have EAN / GTIN exemption on these items from 2019 under our name (which is not totally identical to the name on our Amazon brand registry). Our original EAN / GTIN exemption was for T & P Supplies Ltd and our brand registry name now on our Amazon store is T&P Supplies. Perhaps this is of significance and creating the listing update issues? Unsure…

So I am trying to complete this partial update, to re-stock some items and am getting a number of issues from the ‘feed processing summary’. Namely codes 8115, 8804 & 8805.

Code 8115 - States that I am trying to enter a condition type for the SKU erroneously - yet I am simply selecting ‘New’ from the drop box.

Code 8805 - This violates the requirement that all products in a variation family have consistent values because the variation family (Parent SKU) If you would like to add this product to the variation family, please ensure the values are consistent. - I have triple checked this and retyped / copy & pasted the parent SKU (ensuring no white spaces etc) to the child variations.

Code 8804 - The variation family you are trying to create (Parent SKU) contains inconsistent information. [brand] must be the same for all members of the family. Your products were listed successfully but the variation relationship was not created. Please ensure all products in a variation family have the same value for [brand]. - As above I have checked and checked and checked this, retyping and copy / pasting information.

Any advice would be gratefully recieved…
