Lost Featured Offer Eligibility and Declining Sales

Hi everyone,

I'm facing a tough situation with my Amazon seller account. Due to the recent festive season, my ODR (Order Defect Rate) increased to 1.5%, which unfortunately led to the loss of my Featured Offer eligibility.

Since then, I've noticed a significant decline in my sales. I'm really worried about the impact this will have on my business.

**Has anyone faced a similar situation?** If so, how did you recover from it?

**What strategies can I implement to improve my ODR and regain Featured Offer eligibility?**

A lot will depend on exactly what happened to cause the ODR issues. You should know what those were and how to try and ensure they don't happen again.

If it is feedback related issues are these eligible for removal? If they are A-Z issues can you appeal and get these removed?

That is about all you can do to improve your ODR quickly. Long term selling more will decrease your ODR however if you are not getting the featured offer you

Not sure what festive season you have had but it appears not to be one recognised by a holiday in the UK. You need to take care that if you can't despatch during a festive period. If it is a festive occasion recognised in the UK it may well be declared as a holiday day and you don't need to despatch. If it is not declared as a holiday day you need to put your store in holiday more or extend your handling times.
