identity re-verification process problem re: business type
I was unsure if I was considered individual seller or private business. choose private business and realized that was incorrect, tried to change it (all prior to submitting anything) and it will not allow me to make the edit. I opened a case (and re-opened it several times) as I am getting random useless answers like "sign in with another account/we can't help because this issue has nothing to do with the identity re-verification process, etc. Any suggestions would be so appreciated! Can't believe I cannot correct my selection as this is so early in the process. Last suggestion to me was to make a new seller account! I've been doing this 10 years!

Since last week we have an active internal team supporting the seller's feedback that has been logged. I have collected your posts and passed it to the team.
