My account has been deactivated. I have funds left in my account. I made a video call with Amazon. As a result, they said that $603 of my funds were confiscated. However, they said that my remaining funds would be released on November 7, 2024. November 7 has already passed. But my funds were not released. Then I called amazon many times. What was the reason your account was deactivated? That will determine whether the funds will be released to you or be released to the government under seizure for copyright or Brand related issues.

I'm dealing with the same thing. Amazon is not replying to my emails about my funds and my FBA products after sending me an email saying please email us to get your products.

If your account was not reactivated after being deactivated for "IP Policy" it is unlikely the funds will be released to you. It is illegal for Amazon to release the funds to you. Unless you can legitimize the product you were selling with permission from the BRAND owner that you violated then you will not get the money. Being released does not mean the money will be released to "you".
