Shipping a pallet from UK to Germany - EU Economic operator details

Hi!

I am a UK and EU FBA seller, After Brexit I send 2 pallets in March 2021 after lot of hassle, but now I am trying to send one pallet to Germany through Europa Road but they keep asking me for EU Economic operator details, I supplied them with EORI number but they keep asking me for EU Economic operator details and returning my pallet now, I do not understand what went wrong here. I also sent a SPD via UPS to France and that parcel was returned to me too.

We have EU EORI Number
We are VAT registered in 7 EU Countries.

After march Amazon has restricted with inventory stock levels hence I did not send any goods at all, I do not have required stock at EU FBA and my business went down 90% in EU after Brexit. Christmas is approaching fast and I want to try my luck again by sending some stock to EU.

Can any one help me what has changed since March 2021, Or do you know any carrier who can deliver to EU with out any problems.
