Royal Mail 24 48 Large Letters & Parcel VTR

Hi - newbie again I am sorry
Having just been on call to Amazon support who then referred me to chat seller support I am still banging my head against a wall

I got an email over the weekend about my VTR being 80%
I log on this morning and it says 12 out of 15 orders in past 30 days
I download the report and it says this attached vtr

The first one - when I enter the code it says shows as delivered next day - when i click on the actual order on amazon it has the - in it - but when you copy and paste that code into royal mail it converts it and works. I don’t understand why its included in the report - support say I must have edited it after delivery - I didn’t - they say its either that or wrong code or weird character et - again not - it works. I have now sent an email to appeals.

The other two - do not show as delivered yet but had no issue with non delivery so assume just not scanned as parcel so usually get a delivery confirmation for royal mail 48.

My next question is - for large letters which doing more I would use royal mail 48 as prices based on that - but again may not get proof of delivery if at all - I have seen something about buying of Amazon - is this what I should do so covered and is it the same price? I use click and drop now.

Should I be worried about this vtr - as its 3 orders and 1 is surely wrong :frowning:
