Multipack barcode

Hi. Selling FBA. I have a multipack: 2 of the same item. It says manufacturers barcode.

Will this be scanned as a multipack though?

I see there is an option to print labels from the menu. Will this be accepted if I print it out and put it on the item? Just wanted to check with it only saying manufacturers barcode.
