Are POD documents and UPS invalid in the Partnered Carrier Program?

Hello,

I sent a few packages from my warehouse in America to the Amazon warehouse. I sent these packages with the Partnered Carrier Program. I sent them with the shipping label that Amazon created through the system. Then I delivered the products to UPS cargo, and when I checked the shipment detail page, it said that the packages were delivered to the FBA warehouse.

I also received the proof of delivery documents (POD) from the UPS cargo company.

Everything was perfect up to this point, but these products were not transferred to my inventory. After waiting for a while, I created a case, they did not respond to the cases.

Then I created cases many times, each time they said they would respond within 24 hours, but they never responded. They kept me waiting for months. It's been 7-8 months.

As a last resort, I sent an e-mail to Andy Jassy.

They created a case for these shipments, and after a while, they sent an e-mail claiming that they had not received the package.

However, in the first case I created, they said that the package was delivered and is currently in the placement phase, and when I checked the shipment events page, it shows that the package was delivered. It also clearly states the date and time.

Also, when I contacted the UPS cargo company, they said that they delivered this package to the FBA warehouse. And they sent me the POD document as proof of delivery.

However, despite all this evidence, Amazon claims that it did not receive this package and refuses to pay.

Amazon has completely lost its credibility in recent years. No seller trusts Amazon anymore. Because we have no idea what will happen to our products when we send them to the FBA warehouse.

They also do not make fair decisions anymore.

They already made me wait for 8-9 months, I do not want to wait any longer. I request that they complete the reimbursement process as soon as possible.
