Disbursement on hold since bank changed

Hi,

I changed my bank details on amazon on Monday the 29th around the afternoon time. Straight after I get the following email from Amazon

Hello from Amazon,

As per your request, the bank account information associated with your seller account has been changed. Your future transfers will be submitted to this new bank account. This change will not affect any transfer of funds initiated prior to this change.

Note: There is a mandatory three-day security hold before any changes to bank account information take effect. Transfers of funds cannot be initiated until after that period, which starts on the date you submit your new bank account information in your seller account.

You can update your bank account information at any time in the settings section of your seller account. For additional information, please visit our online help pages.

If you did not request this change, please contact Seller Support.

Thank you for selling on Amazon,
Amazon Services Europe

All my payment is under account level reserve since the change of bank account information. Today is day 4 and my disbursement is still showing £0.00. I contacted seller support but not much help. Anyone can help, please?

It maybe 3 working days - Monday wasn’t a working day and if it was late in the day, you may find the 3 day lift later tonight

Did you check it now says verified ? Did you upload a statement as proof ?

Just note though that some sellers have stated after changing certain details on their accounts, they have found new reserve limits being placed on their funds - same as new sellers
