Bulk Upload Sale Prices

I have downloaded all of the templates I can find but none of them that I have found allow bulk uploads that changes the Sale price with the sale start and end dates. So far, we're having the change every sale price individually which is very cumbersome now that our catalog is growing. Is there a way to update our whole catalog with an upload? We are FBM. Thank you
