DPD not able to scan Amazon shipping labels
My Amazon account is 99% SFP and as you would expect 99% of the orders I ship are via the buy shipping process within Amazon. Due to the size and weight of my product all my buy shipping labels are shipped with DPD. Recently I have been made aware of an issue that DPD are having scanning the labels that are produced via the Amazon buy shipping process. I have checked and double checked this issue is with the Amazon labels not my printer or print format. Has anyone else experienced this recently with DPD?

DPD drivers are now using their mobile devices to scan instead of the older handheld terminals. The labels now need to be perfect or they can't scan them.
We found that using cheap labels caused the problem for us. We now only use the higher quality ones supplied by Royal Mail and we no longer have this issue.
