Hi, My account was deactivated due to only one complaint for authenticity, and the person who made a complaint was one of the other competing sellers. I have provided all the documentation (Invoice, Supply Chain Invoice, Voice of Customer, which is in Excellent Status, Account Health Page, where there is no violation). I also provided a complete plan of action, but Amazon is not considering it. When I received a complaint, I contacted Amazon and told them there is another seller who is doing this on purpose, but no one helped me. Im keep trying to reactivate my account but every time Amazon gave us the same response (We have not enough information and you have not provided the documents that we previously asked). Amazon asked for the supply chain, and we are providing them, but all the time we receive the same response.
Please help me and advise me how we can get our account reinstated.

What was the ASIN you were selling it under?
Its very often that people list items using generic or own brands when in fact they are branded merchandise and also use the correct ean/upc. When you search for the item find it and list on there you will not be able to provide the correct invoices when asked for as the brand name is xyz and your invoices show zyx.
