After 3 years I decide to sell something again and I want to reopen Amazon account again and Amazon they open my account this account name is which is now currently using this; the problem I always explain this but amazon always send me automatic message on the other hand I can not open case amazon can not allowed this, From Amazon team can someone reach me please

Unfortunately, as a Seller with an individual selling plan, you do not have the option to contact the Account Health support team via phone. The only way to move forward is for you to submit a valid appeal as explained in the case 9927852342.

Actually problem with before professional account so I send my all documents they always give me same answer. Now I want to upgrade my account to professional but there is no options so what can I do, I am stuck at least someone help about this issue otherwise Amazon remove my all products, if you not help me Ange I will collect my all documents with proof and I will go judge to complain you
