Anyone know how to get seller performance to respond faster?
Hi all
Posted a post a week ago stating my account was suspended. I’ve sent an appeal and it said I should expect a reply on the 23rd. It’s been a good few days now and heard nothing back. I’m loosing sales every day this takes to get sorted . I’ve tried ringing using the call back link but always says it’s not available at this time. I’ve sent a few emails asking for an update and contacted the GM.
Not heard from anyone, is there a way to get put through to someone I can actually talk to? Or is it a case of just wait until I hear back?

Sit back and wait, I’ve seen it said that if you message then you go to the back of the queue.
My experiences suggest this to be true.
Eventually you’ll have to step in and act, but try and sit on your hands as long as you can.
