SHIPPA tracking not recognized on Amazon SA?

SHIPPA tracking not recognized on Amazon SA?

My FBM listings have been disabled on Amazon SA due to 0% VTR.

The issue is that I used SHIPPA for all packages, valid tracking provided, but for some reason Amazon does not recognize them.

I contacted seller support, provided actual evidence (shipping label, tracking on the courier's website, delivery confirmation), and they responded with the template email telling me to submit a plan of action explaining what I did wrong and how I will fix it. They completely ignored the documents and information submitted, and phone support is only available in Arabic, which I don't speak.

The tracking numbers are valid, uploaded on time, and have multiple scans.

Please advise.
