User permissions
If I grant user permissions to secondary users and allow them manage inventory/Add a product view & edit privilege's can they delete the asin or edit the contents of the product?

If you are trying to hire a third party company to work on your listings you should be aware of the "related account" deactivation that often comes from that.

I just wanted to stop by and see if you got the question regarding if a secondary user can delete and edit listings?
This video on Seller University discusses there are a variety of permission you can give a user, one of them being to "View & Edit" inventory, so if you concern is around that, you might want to provide them with one of the other types of permissions. I would still highly recommend watching the video to understand more about permissions.
