customer_restriction_type” attribute to be populated with “uk_18_alcohol”.

Hilarious - NOT!

Amazon decided to suspend a product (rather than contact me first), and send the following:

This product has been identified as an alcoholic product which requires the “customer_restriction_type” attribute to be populated with “uk_18_alcohol”. All alcoholic products must be permitted by Amazon policy and flagged, categorized and described appropriately.

No issue with providing data - BUT - the attribute does not exist, and when i pointed this out, i get a generic reply, that loops me back to square one! Has anybody else jumped (successfully) through this invisible hoop?

Thanks...

If you go to https://sellercentral.amazon.co.uk/listing/upload and select Download Spreadsheet, then search for the Template you require.

Near the bottom of that page make sure that "Opt in to BETA version of new template" is not selected then click generate spreadsheet. This will download an old product import file that has "Customer Restriction Type"

Fill this out as a Partial Update and upload to Amazon.
