OTDR ---- Help Please

@Amazon

@KJ_Amazon (seen you replied to post like mine)

Making it short and sweet. We have been purchasing our postage through Amazon since day one. Reciently started using Veeqo, and we where under the impression it was same as going through Amazon.

We always use USPS Amazon Advantage.

Use to ALWAYS see the two badges Claims protected and OTDR

One day I seen Late Delivery Risk.

Looked and found others the same.

Also found my shipping was changed to "2-4 days" This is IMPOSSIBLE.... OMG I quickly fixed it and all is well again... ONLY for those going forward.

Here is my issue, what was always 100% delivery is now currently at 82.61% and dropping. This is due to most getting there the next day. aka took 5 days not 4.

Even worxe is I know it will drop to 57% before the end of next week. Understand that one week time frame I did not know shipping time frame changed.. It will still effect me though next week.

Its fixed, just cant stop the hits that are still to come. I don't want to lose my account. Please toss me a llife raft. My history is good. Swear.

Thanks!

Hello @Seller_bqcTNd7dVgr4T

Your quick action in correcting the shipping settings was exactly the right move. Regarding your current situation and the upcoming metric impacts:

First, document everything. Save screenshots showing when you noticed the change and when you corrected it. Note the specific timeframe when Veeqo integration began and when the shipping times were inadvertently modified.

Second, open a case with Seller Support immediately. Request that they:

  • Review your account's historical performance
  • Note this was a temporary technical issue related to Veeqo integration
  • Document that you took immediate corrective action
  • Consider excluding these affected orders from your metrics

Keep selling as normal - one temporary dip in metrics, especially with a documented cause, shouldn't put your account at risk

Christine.
