Anyone else having issues with FBM fulfillment performance?
We have both Automated Handling Time and Shipping Settings Automation turned on. Customers are getting their orders 2-3 days before the promised delivery. The monthly FBM fulfillment performance overview email made that look like a bad thing. Saying Handling Time said "Room For Improvement" and Transit Time "Large Opportunity" We have had both turned on since early August which is when we started seeing our Featured Offer % drop. If we have both of those settings turned on what else could we do to improve that?

Using both AHT and SSA should help close the gap that's been mentioned here - let me know if that's not the case and I will ask the internal team why that is!
