Amazon Premium Shipping Eligibility - Delivery speed metrics

I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas!
I’m looking for advice regarding FBA Prime eligibility, specifically failing the Delivery Speed metrics. We’re a 100% FBA seller with all inventory stored in the UK and enrolled in the EFN network. Despite this, we’ve received a “second infraction in 28 days after the first warning” for Delivery Speed metrics in France.
As FBA sellers, we have no control over delivery speeds, so being penalised for this seems unfair. To address the issue, I’ve unenrolled from EFN for now. I’ve also contacted Seller Support, but I’m only receiving generic copy-paste responses.
Any insights or similar experiences would be greatly appreciated!

Hello I have received a warning today identical to yours.
A 1st warning/infraction for Delivery Speed Metrics. However I am also a PAN EU FBA seller exclusively therefore I am not responsible for anything related to delivery speed.
Any ideas? Have you had your situation sorted out?

I've had the same thing, I also only use FBA so it makes no sense. I've opened a case but I'm not holding my breath for an explanation.
