Manage Inventory - Fix Your Products

Morning All,

Slight query with the above section of Seller Central, we keep an eye on our ‘Fix Your Product’ page fairly regularly and under the section 'At Risk Listings (4) we have a few ASINS needing some attribute updates.

Well, twice now I have completed the required attribute fields, saved and come out of it, only to find the next day they have reappeared? I have also gone into each individual item itself and updated the required fields, still with no luck?

Anyone experienced this yet or have a solution >.<

Morning,

Were these ASINs created by you or you just added your own listings to them? If the latter, editing those attributes on your own will NOT work 99,9% of the time (lack of listing control): in case it is so, you’ll have to request the attributes updates by raising multiple cases through this marketplace’s Support and hope their catalogue department will update those attributes for you.

It is just ridiculous they tell people who cannot make the changes that the changes are needed - what is the point?
Then, like has happened to me today, I get told fields are missing or invalid - and even when I select an option from the menu they give me - I get told it is still invalid.
