Hello,
Thank you for your post.
This usually means that information you have provided for account verification is being reviewed. It will not be possible for you to update any Identity Information until this has been completed.
You should still have full access to your account and your listings will still be available for sale.
If you have further concerns regarding this it would be best to create a case via your account as we cannot discuss account specific details on the forum.
