I appreciate you providing your related case ID, after reviewing your case I found the following information:

For this investigation, we have identified misleading detail issues based on the following customer comments:

  • Too short in length for my arm
  • Too short. Not long enough for arm to be extended properly
  • Too large
  • Doesn't fit
  • Too wide

I was additionally able to review your appeal through your case and wanted to share some feedback and recommendations. Based on the above mentioned reasons for deactivation, it appears the primary reason for customer complaints were related to sizing or lack of description. One major concern with your appeal, is the mention of unrelated root causes of the situation including pricing. If the root cause is not fully and properly understood, our teams will not have the confidence in your understanding of the situation.

I strongly encourage you to identify the exact situations related to the description and sizing. I would also advising focusing on how or why these were of concern. Be concise and specific when discussing each reason.

Example: Why were your customers concerned with this product being "too short", was there product sizes, size chart, or anything that helps your customers identify the proper size?

Moving on to the corrective steps and actions taken. You mentioned that you will improve your detail pages to state "Recommended for users under 6'3". A concern with this solution is that you can be tall and have short arms and vise versa. You will very likely need a more details size or measurement for customers to more accurately identify this as a product that would fit them. If you do not manufacture these yourself, you may be able to contact them for more specific dimensions to help.
