error metodo de deposito
Hola, llevo más de dos meses intentando vincular mi cuenta de Payoneer con Amazon para recibir pagos, pero sigue apareciendo un mensaje que dice que la cuenta no es apta porque falta completar el proceso de verificación de identidad.
Ya contacté a Amazon varias veces, pero solo me responden con mensajes automáticos que no ayudan. En Payoneer todo está verificado, así que no sé dónde está el problema ni qué más hacer.
¿A alguien le ha pasado lo mismo o sabe cómo solucionarlo? Agradezco mucho cualquier ayuda.

I see that your identity has been confirmed on our end, however I do not see a bank account added or currently undergoing verification.
When you go to add your banking details, do you see an error message?
Can you please follow these directions below and let me now if you run into any issues:
- Go to Settings and click Account Info.
- On the Seller Account Information page, under Payment Information, click Deposit Methods.
- Click Add new deposit method.
- Select the appropriate store.
- Use the drop-down list to select your Bank Location Country.
- Enter the information requested in Where You Will Be Paid.
- If you selected a country with a currency other than the store you are selling in, go to Currency Conversion Payment Agreement, click Agreement, and read the agreement.
- Check the Currency Conversion Payment Agreement box to accept the terms of the agreement.
- Click Submit.
