Amazon says I have to change the title, but won't let me change it

CASE: ID 16798823031 with attached screenshots of the issue Old case ID I opened for it: ID 16787957671 there must be a chatlog too somewhere that was also a huge mess and the advice I got made no sense at all, and didn't work.

I have an approval from a brand owner, yet I got slapped by a trademark violation. Amazon told me to just change my listing. Yet, Amazon is blocking that option, so I can't. They told me to contact the brand owner so he is going to change the listing and "hope for the best". (How is that work? I did contact him, he didn't change it, and I don't even know how could he change my listing.) So, Amazon gave me an impossible task, and it's impossible because Amazon itself is making it impossible.

Email support says X is the issue, Chat-support says Y. They can't even agree with that. They won't tell me who reported me and who should I contact. Except 1 but they say that's a 3rd party and has nothing to do with the issue. Also, that company - looks like - won't even bother with the problem, as they have nothing to do with it.

A several robot-replies later just got blocked and now I only can open a chat-message to them. Where they can be rude to me and help nothing. Do I really want to get into that again? No, not really. I'm mentally drained already Amazon is creating problems, then blocking the solution, then not doing anything about it, yet wasting my time, hours and hours, days, weeks in some cases. So, unprofessional... :-/

Great. Looks like I have 15 listing that might has the trademark issue. I don't know because the whole thing is unclear. out of the 15, I can't even change them, because hijackers changed the brand name, so there is no way for me to change the title or the description and remove the possible ? trademarked phrase. So, Amazon is setting me up for a disasterous issue AGAIN, like so many times. Why I was even told to open this thread if I'm getting ignored here too?

Hello @Seller_qMgi7qxvEo7f1,

Thank you for reaching out and I apologize for any delays in response. We investigate threads first in, first out and in some instances it can take time for us to reply. You may need to demonstrate that you have appropriate approval to use the "Don't Tread on Me" Trademark as well as all the Intellectual Property associated with this product. You can review Amazon's Intellectual Property Policy for Sellers to see how Amazon appeal further. Updating the detail page title may not be sufficient to get reinstated as there may be further Intellectual Property violations.

You should be able to update the title to be in compliance with Amazon Title requirements as well via an upload. If you are still having issues making changes please let me know here and provide your new Case ID. Thank you for your understanding.

-Glenn
