Need Help – Amazon Support Going in Circles for 2 Months!

Hey fellow sellers,

I’m at my wits’ end with Amazon Support and hoping someone here can offer guidance! It’s been over two months, and I’m still stuck with an unresolved issue because the support team keeps going in circles instead of providing an actual solution.

The problem?

I need to reconnect my child ASINs to the parent ASIN, Which was deleted by me with the guidence of Amazon support team, Because the listings were locked, preventing me from editing them, and despite more than 2 months passing, this issue remains unresolved. when I asked them for help with locked listings. Instead of fixing the issue, they made things worse, and now I can’t recreate my variation family.

I’ve explained this countless times, yet I keep getting irrelevant responses about feed file errors, category approvals, and restricted products—none of which apply to my case!

- Support keeps bouncing me between different teams, but nobody seems to know how to fix this.

Has anyone dealt with this before? How do I get Amazon to actually take action? Any advice from experienced sellers would be greatly appreciated!

Get used to it. Some of my products have been out of circulation for over 1 year and sent back to me and others have been 6 months. Amazon support isn't here to help. They seem to just want to brush sellers off. And not help fix the problem
