Anyway to Dispute Voice of Customer
Lately I have had many returns reasons that don't match the return reason description then stated by the customer. Such as the below.
Return Reason: Inaccurate website description
Buyer Comment: For 14 gauge and 12 gauge high wattage speaker PA application. Wire is lager than the hole. I should have gotten yellow one.
Return Reason: Item defective or doesn’t work
Buyer Comment: Does not work with my truck
These are obviously buyer mistake reasons since the first one he even admits it while the second one she bought something specific she thought would work for her vehicle when it didn't (The item's description states compatibility and has nothing to do with her actual truck but the aftermarket system installed in her vehicle and whether the item she purchased is actually compatible with it).
The customer's obviously pay less and less attention to what they are buying at this point, but why should we be punished for their incompetence? Is there a way to dispute these in the Voice of Customer section so the listings don't get dinged in the searches?

No, there isn't. I have tried to no avail.

Near 90% of "Defective" VOCs are wrong.
I sell faucets, that show measurements in the photos and description. I'll get defective VOCs for "too small". Not defective!!! Buyer didn't measure AND ebay's return choices are poor (is it too small because buyer didn't measure OR is it not the measurement on the listing?).
It makes VOC useless and misleading.
Amazon offers to do nothing when systems don't work as intended, like this.

Nope, I just ignore Voice of the Customer. It is stupid and pointless. 100% of the entries in there on mine are just buyers lying to get free return labels.

Voice of Customer is literally useless. (These apes, have no knowledge of DIY Parts) and unless they have a certification in the field - they should not be allowed to even make stupid remarks. Their abusive power with INR, Neg FB, Chargebacks, Empty Box Returns - and Fake made up reasons for Returns should be enough.
How about scrapping that and creating VOS. Voice of Seller. (so we as a selling community can see the 2% of con-artists) to be able to block them. eBay implemented this years ago to avoid lawsuits, and to keep deranged buyers from harassing sellers. (Sellers are not the problem). - Buyers voice should be heard to a seller by messaging thru Amazon messaging.

Its worthless. Amazon incents buyers to lie when they set up a return. Worse they deny they incent them, or dont comprehend that they do.
Buyer wants free return shipping they select not as described and have to choose a reason. Then they get free return shipping. Financial incentive to lie.
My issue with all this is they incent the buyer to lie then penalize the seller for the lie.

I have tried with no success. Even when the product was not even mine and it was an FBA error.
I was told this is the customer experience and they cannot do anything about it.

First off, we should refer to this app as "Voice Of The Liar"
This app is completely worthless. And Amazon knows it. It is nothing but a repository of customer lies, ignorance and stupidity.
You will go insane trying to make sense of what is said there.
Shame on Amazon for allowing this worthless app to exist.

Believe me, you are not alone in this, I have had the same scenario and Amazon does nothing about it, this Voice of the customer thing is unnecessary because customers use incorrect words. But of course Amazon is responsible for this stupidity because it didn't create things that made sense.

Amazon has enabled a sector of society that uses false VOC/return reasons so they get free returns. You know what they say about the quality of data in is equal to the quality of information out. VOC can't be taken seriously because it is fed on tainted data.

I just got another return request with the reason being didn't authorize purchase, but then in the description they wrote in that they couldn't figure out the wiring.
