Messed up, forgot to label products and sent seller prepared
Hi Everyone,
Been waiting for weeks for a product to arrive, so when it came 30 mins before dpd was scheduled to collect , I rushed and sent 16 boxes containing 6 products inside - so 96 products in total out today. They have now left.
I meant to mark them as amazon to label the units. ( But didn’t ) - they do have the box labels on them - so Amazon will know they have been sent by me.
Each have product barcodes and do match the ean and sent to the correct asin.
Does anyone have any experience with this ? Will Amazon correct this and just label them and tell me off for it ? Or is there a chance I will lose these goods ?
Many thanks Mike

They will label them and charge you for it.
It will also appear as a defect on your inbound performance but I imagine they will just change your coaching level.
There is no guarantee that they will label them correctly. I am having more and more issues and I am constantly writing to them to get them to check and relabel my stock.

More than likely they will go into stranded stock first.
If you have someone reasonable in the FBA centre, they should then contact you and ask if you want them to relabel.
You will of course be charged for this and probably will get a slap on the wrist for the error.
At the absolute worst, they won’t allocated them and you will have to have the stock returned, then relabelled and resent.
