Wrong negative feedback
customer purchased mattress protector and give negative feedback (dented metal work & damaged tyre), many times i ask customer to this but the customer didn't reply & also ask amazon but they also don't able to resolve this.
Its decreased my sales which seriously a free headache

That sounds as though they have left you feedback for the wrong item ? Amazon cannot / will not do anything about neg feedback, unless it meets one of the criteria for removal. MANY of us have been asking for another criteria to be added for feedback obviously left for the wrong seller or item, but probably never happen.
