Connecting Trademark Brand in the US
Dear All
I am a brand registered in the UK and EU and I normally log in to my Brand Registry account using the email address which I use for my UK and EU Amazon Seller Central.
I have now registered the same Trademark brand in the USA. My question is do I have to connect my USA Registered trademark brand using the email address I currently use for log in the UK and EU or should I enrol the same brand in the USA using the email address I use to log in for US Amazon Seller central because I have one email for UK & EU Seller Central login and other email for USA Amazon Seller Central login.

The 'Transfer brand benefits from the UK to the US' help page might be useful for you.
You should enter the Primary User email address used to register the New Seller Central account that you are wanting to give permissions to.

Hello thank you for your reply.
I dont need to transfer because my brand is still active live in the UK and EU, I just wanted to connect my brand to the USPTO so I am cover in US market as well.
can you please look into this if I provide you CASE ID because I really need resolution for this issue

I know it's been a while (apologies for that) but I wanted to check whether you were able to connect your brand to the USPTO.
Checking the Case ID you sent, the team was asking to appeal the decision, have you already done that?
While applying, have you received any of the errors listed in Brand Registry enrollment error messages?
