Royal Mail 24/48 bag tags?

Two quick questions about shipping… anyone shipping using Royal Mail 24/48… is it the same red or green bag tags for this service? i.e Red for 1st class / RM24 and green for 2nd class / RM48… I looked on the order site and couldn’t find any special tags…

Also We’re moving onto the 24/48 service from the standard service. Does anyone know roughly how much more it is for the tracked 24/48 with the scannable barcode? Thanks

There are separate tags for 24/48 tracked items but I mainly use signed for and put and tracked in with them but if you are using just 24/48 then need card tags, same colours as 1st and 2nd but has TRACKED on label, can be ordered on Royal Mail site for free if you have a buisness account. Also tracked postage they charge VAT on top, of the actual postage quite a lot more than signed for.

Yes if you are using PPI Green is for 2nd class and Red is for 1class either way 24/48 unless you are using the tracked 24 or 48 service. Prices will depends on your account level speak the business department as each us will have different prices depending on how many you are shiping. These are sorted differently 1-2 second class are sorted the same way and tracked 24/48 is sorted differently but treated with priority little bit like special delivery.

yes they are the same tag… just separate the LL/Parcels as you would on PPI. The price might stay the same as your currently level, but best check with account manager.
