A Business Customer as bought my product, how do I send an INVOICE?

Hi, a Business Customer as bought my product, how do I send an INVOICE? I know you can let Amazon handle this for you if you opt in but I am not VAT registered (don’t turn over enough sales to be VAT registered)

Just wondered what’s the easiest way to send the invoice to the business customer.

Much appreciate your help

If you do not know how to create your own invoice/receipt then use the website I mentioned - invoice-generator.
Once there you will need to change the currency to GBP.
Fill in all the details about the order as mentioned by olderithian - date, your own name and address, the customers name and address, the details about the item and the price paid, including postage.
Click on download and it will be saved to your computer.
Then go to your Manage orders page, shipped, find the order and click on upload invoice.
You will see browse, so find the invoice on your computer and upload.
Done. !

Even if you’re not VAT registered Amazon will now do it automatically if you declare yourself exempt.
Follow this link:

Sellers exempt from VAT registration in both the EU and the UK can declare their VAT exemption status and benefit from automated receipt generation.

Create one yourself in Word, save it as a pdf file, find the order details, click on “Upload invoice” and upload the pdf file

The invoice needs to have your full contact details, the buyer’s name and address, details of the purchase (item, quantity, item price and total price). Do not make any mention of VAT. And don’t call it an invoice - you are actually supplying a receipt, as it’s not a VAT document

EDIT. Also needs to include the date of the sale!

Or, if you don’t want to create your own then many of us used www.invoice-generator.com.- easy, once info input, download to your device then upload to Amazon via the Upload invoice tab on your shipped orders page.
