I would be saying that the screen picture of the delivery is the proof of delivery provided by the courier !

So presumably you have tracking info that confirms delivery ?
If so then you need to either screen shot or send a link to the customer showing the tracking details.
I usually send a message saying something like:
Your order was shipped on (date) via (carrier name) with tracking number ******.
The tracking shows as delivered on (date) at (time).
…then wait and see how they respond !

Unfortunately some customers try it on.

Did the customer get the package? Can you prove they got the package by tracking?

Is this the first time this has occurred for you. Most sellers experience this problem on a regular basis and know how to handle this.

Happy to help give you more advice on this but you need to give information on whether the item was tracked and what the tracking shows.

Thank you for the answer, the tracking number that the product was delivered to the customer, they all have the tracking number, but the cargo company does not have any proof for this, in this case, the customer just says that the screen picture of the delivery is not enough after providing all the necessary information and wants proof of delivery and wants a refund in this case, who is right ?

I was experiencing multiplied cases like this, tracking number shows that products have been delivered to the buyer, but the buyer creates an A-Z to get a refund without contacting me. I am selling bulky products and value over £200 per item. I feel like some of the Amazon buyers are very sophisticated with amazon policies ( well, better than me I think) and they are very good at using this to get something.
