Product listing suppressed due to brand authorisation

We have had our listings suppressed due to requiring Brand Authorisation. We have been selling these products on Amazon for over a year with no previous issue.

The support provided is horrendous, I get passed from pillar to post. I am unable to get a call back from the Partner Seller Support team and have been provided the same generic answers over and over again.

An invoice was requested which I provided with all details required. We even obtained a letter of authorisation from the brand to provide proof of ability to sell within the UK market.

I am not given a reason for rejection despite asking this numerous times.

Any support would be appreciated

It will likely depend on what the brand byline on the listings was more than anything.

Going on your store name - if you were retailing perfumes and aftershaves, there are many, many listings that get around the amazon brand rules by listing under a fake brand. If that is the case, even if you had genuine goods the invoices won't match the fake brands.

An ASIN you were listing on would help though.
