FBA Stock Stuck Since Brexit
Hello Everyone,
Please could someone who as resolved this problem ( or knows how to ) help me…
After brexit when stock was stopped from moving across the UK and EU, Like everyone else we had fba stock, stuck abroad. I can accept the fact that I needed to have it destroyed as I dont have an address in the EU to send the returns to.
But problem is getting it destroyed !
After many many emails I have in the past managed to get Amazon to destroy 5 at a time ( even though for each 5 i had to request this to be done at least 10 times before someone knew what I was on about ), but now for the last 6 months or so , I cannot get them to destroy anymore. I just get the same old response and to go watch a webinar - which does not help.
- All my inventory and listings in all EU channels have been deactivated and deleted.
- All unfulfillable stock destroyed
- Nothing is left in my stranded inventory
- So on Amaozn Germany, France etc - there is no stock to be seen - neither sellable or not sellable.
- But when you run an inventory check on reports / Fulfilment by Amazon - Daily Health inventory - there is still a few dozen items left there which need to be destroyed.
As I say - they used to ask me to send them details of them in 5’s and they sent it to the relevant department who sorted it out getting them destroyed.
Now - no help whatsoever and im getting charges of around 30 Euros a month - so probably lost well over 600 or 700 Euros in wasted money as Amazon will not help and destroy these items.
I really appreciate any help on this pease.
Please note im going away for the weekend in an hours time, so probably wont be able to respond until Monday to anyone helping me out - but would be great if someone could point me in the right direction in getting the lost fba stock destroyed.
Have a great weekend and many thanks
Mike.

Last Message I got From Amazon Seller Support - As far as I can see - the webinar does not help with the problem I got…
Hello from Amazon Selling Partner Support,
We understand you want to create disposal order for FNSKUs.
As per our Brexit communications last year, starting January 1, 2021 your inventory view is no longer a European aggregated view, and we have updated the way you manage your inventory pools. They are now split to reflect separate UK and EU stock levels. Please refer to the Webinar recording ‘Manage your inventory post-Brexit’ for further details at https://sellercentral-europe.amazon.com/gc/sell-online/brexit/post-brexit?ref_=brex-vid5.
You can continue to use the ‘Manage FBA Inventory’ page to see your inventory levels, but this time around, you will need to select Amazon.co.uk from the drop-down at the top of Seller Central to see your UK inventory, and any EU site to see your EU inventory.
You will also be able to see your inventory levels by country with the Multi Country Inventory report (https://sellercentral-europe.amazon.com/gp/help/201491370?referral=A2P5MH5P94BW75_A2Q5SH6SYGLVFJ).
To maintain your FBA sales in both the EU and UK, you will need to send inventory across the UK-EU border into Amazon fulfilment centres. You can use the Brexit Inventory Split Page (https://sellercentral-europe.amazon.com/gc/fulfilment-by-amazon/brexit-inventory-split-guidelines) to obtain a suggested split for your products between the UK and EU. We are also working on updating the Restock Inventory page (https://sellercentral-europe.amazon.com/restockinventory/recommendations) to provide quantity recommendations and will let you know when this is complete.
By enabling the Automated Unfulfillable Removals in your Fulfillment by Amazon Settings page, you request to have eligible unfulfillable units in our fulfillment centers automatically removed—either returned to you or disposed of, according to the frequency you choose. This can be either on the 5th and 20th of each month, on the 1st of every month, or on the 1st of the month every 3 months.
Lost, expired, carrier-damaged or warehouse-damaged units are not eligible for removal.
You can create removal order using a removal order file. You can submit a bulk removal order by uploading a tab-delimited list of items. For more information about the removal orders process, see https://sellercentral-europe.amazon.com/help/hub/reference/G200721270.
Please let us know how we did.
Were you satisfied with the support provided?
Now I told them it doesnt help me and told them the problem again because they did not understand and I got the same message again…

I have the same issue with 196 units stuck across EU Fulfillment centres, it would be great if you have a solution as I am getting nowhere and being charged storage fees each month.
