easy ship delivery issue

Hi all,

we recently received an order through Easy Ship for 5 monitors, with each monitor weighing approximately 7–8 kg. As per Amazon's Easy Ship policy, orders exceeding 20 kg cannot be processed through this service.

Since the total weight of this order is beyond the allowed limit, could you please advise if there is a way to change the fulfillment method to Self-Ship, or if there is any alternative way we can proceed with this order?
