Read onlyDear Amazon Appeals Team,
We are reaching out regarding the following ASINs:
Resolved ASINs (5): ✅
Pending ASINs (3): ❗
We would like to clarify that our product, F3RALS® Cross Training Knee Sleeves, has been incorrectly classified as a medical device when it is, in fact, a sports accessory intended for powerlifting, weightlifting, and general fitness. It is not a medical or rehabilitation product and does not fall under medical device regulations.
On January 21, after receiving the policy violation notification, we immediately removed the affected listings to ensure compliance with Amazon’s policies. However, despite these corrective actions, our seller account was deactivated.
Currently, Amazon is requesting that we update the listing to modify the “ce_risk_assessment_required” attribute to “true” for further review. However, since the listings were deleted on January 21, we do not have access to modify them.
Steps Taken
✔️ We have already resolved 5 out of 8 ASIN issues and are actively working on the remaining 3. they are all same product, just variations.
✔️ We have attached our official product data sheet, which clearly demonstrates that these knee sleeves are not a medical device and should not be categorized as such.
✔️ We are fully committed to complying with Amazon’s policies and wish to rectify this misunderstanding to reinstate our account.
We appreciate your support in this matter and look forward to your instructions.
"Dear Amazon Appeals Team"
Sorry, this is NOT Amazon you are speaking to - we are all just other sellers on this forum, and NONE of us can do anything to solve your issues.
If you want a forum moderator to see your post then you would need to tag some mods into your post, but their powers are limited too. You would need to go through the proper appeals process.
Hello @Seller_IT8tEBg9bWQ5y, I hope you are doing well. Have you reached out to Seller Support?
Best regards, Julia.
Hello @Seller_IT8tEBg9bWQ5y,
Based on my observations from your post, I want to provide you with a sense of direction moving forward.
I contacted the Account Health Support to review your selling account and I received from them the information that your account is not enforced due to any listing issues.
Your account was deactivated as you failed the identity verification. I understand the impact which this may have to your business and I understand your frustration.
At this time no new information or appeal options are available, as your account was reviewed thoroughly and as conclusion it was decided that your account will remain closed.
In case you may have further questions you may reach out directly to the Account Health Support Team.
Thank you for your post. I hope my response is beneficial towards your business and identifying the reason for your account deactivation.
Best regards,
Alexandra.
