Customer left 1-star product review because Amazon did not refund their FBA return

Customer left a 1-star review on a previously 5-star product because they did not get their refund after returning the item.
This was shipped and handled FBA. We had no idea this was even happening. This review is not relevant to the product, and it is not our fault.
We have tried creating a case and reporting the review but nothing has happened. Nobody has even looked at this.
This is extremely unfair and we are asking that this product review urgently be removed.
SELLER SUPPORT IS NOT HELPING.

Mods aren't around on the weekends and holidays, but I think they'll eventually remove this because it's an FBA issue. It will probably require mod intervention as seller support won't understand the issue.
