Is it possible that my account has frozen?
Hi all,
Just a quick question, is it possible that my Amazon account is not working properly? My situation is as follows: I am an FBM seller based in the UK, I usually sell 10-15 products throughout a day. However, today my last order was at 10:30 am. Since then I have not had any orders. Also, the weirdest thing is that none of my product ranks has changed either (it is the same since 10:30 which is 5400). This must be some kind of error as I know if I don’t sell for, for example, 3 hours any product it is usually around 10000 or more. Is anyone experiencing the same thing? Or has anyone ever experienced the same situation? Should I contact someone?

I have been selling here since 2008, this happens at this time of year every year, it’ll pick up again July onwards for Christmas. It must be bill season or save for the holiday season or something like as this has happened every year.

We had the same 2 days ago. Turned out Amazon put our listings on “holiday mode” effectively inactivating them.
Amazon wanted some verification documents about our Company Registration (albeit the company being over 10 years old and us selling on Amazon just as long)!! and turned us off until we submitted them.
No warnings, no emails, no communication. Just switched us off. (Yes! Welcome to Amazon)!
Under Settings > Account Info, check if there is any red writing asking you for some information. If there is, you’ve got your answer!! Give Amazon their chocolate and feed them what they want, then they won’t bite until their next aggression session.

I’ve been working on my listing for days trying to figure out what is going on.
My sales have plummeted from over 50 per day to only 3 or 4 these last few weeks.
I have tweaked almost all of them, created promotions, checked advertising, ensure I’ve retained my ‘buy-box’
I really am at a loss as to what’s happening!!!
Although it doesn’t help it’s something to know I’m not alone.
