FBA: Returned incorrect item(Seeking Reimbursement)

Greetings everyone!

Seeking assistance from a @Dominic_Amazon regarding an incorrect item being return from an FBA order.

We have fought for weeks trying to resolve this, seemingly simple reconciliation. None-the-less, we kindly ask for your assistance and reopening this case and hopefully have the ability to escalate this situation. We have provided every photo and information that was requested by the Amazon team. We are simply asking for a reimbursement for the incorrect item being returned.

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
